Humans were given a place on this planet

they were given certain privileges and a limited set of Rights

There are Others Who have Interests here and Others Who are eager to utilize this planet

God is the Owner of this planet and the Highest Authority

God has given Humans Tools and Processes to Protect their Interests against the Divine Beings, Who can easily overpower the Humans

The Humans have shown that they largely do not recognize God's Ownership of this planet, they are largely unable to receive God's signals, some are willing to invite others to share "ownership" of this planet without the Actual Owner's Permission and they largely have no interest in the Tools and Processes God has in place for them to protect their Interests here

Add to this the damage done to Earth by Humans and the threat they pose to other Life-Forms on Earth

In light of the above, it's my position that the Divine Beings, including The Great Crocodile, should be able to hold and utilize the space and resources that have been set aside for Humans

The Humans have shown apathy toward the Creator and Owner of Earth

They have shown that they are indifferent to the Processes in place for them to protect their Interest against more Powerful Beings

and they have so far forfeited their Rights to participate in the Processes which were put in place by God to protect them from being pushed into the Deserts and Forests by more Powerful Beings

It is not in line with the Divine Economy to have one Species or Civilization waste what others could utilize for the sake of Advance
