it often means

"Look Up".

then you attack them and their Light.

You declare yourself an enemy of someone who is trying to help you.

How should They respond to your attack on the Light

you just have Darkness.

How should They deal with you?

You're attacking Them to defend Darkness.

They often leave you in Darkness.
